Should I Flip it or Keep it???

I'm trying to decide whether I should keep this property for my rental portfolio because of the fantastic location in a desirable area OR flip it because I'm buying at such a great price... I may be able to NET around $100k if I sell it. Any advice here would be helpful. I do have other rentals and I love this location, but I don't know if I should take advantage of the profit I could make just flipping it. Thanks

    @Justin Rivers

    REFI this bad boy! That way, you get the best of both worlds:

    KEEP THE PROPERTY

    USE THE CAPITAL FOR ANOTHER DEAL
