What is a good strategy considering an optimal time to write an offer for a property now that the holiday season is upon us? Binding acceptance dates, contingencies, any bonuses or incentives offered, etc...  If anyone has any successful strategies that produced a winning offer for you during the holidays, I'm sure the community would love to hear it!
