Buy and Hold investors in UT. Recommendations, traps, resources?
Currently living in LA and looking to invest in northern Utah. I was hoping to find any info on which cities have higher end cap rates, or any general info on why this would be a good or a bad idea. Mostly have looked into Logan, Orem, Provo, and Salt Lake.
Any information is most welcome!
