@David Ripplinger

I’ve actually been looking into the Indianapolis market as well. Sounds like an opportunity for an extended conversation.

@Casey Christensen

I've got the connections for PM, contractor, etc so I can purchase SFRs and be passive from a distance. Syndication is probably not the forerunners option, but it's definitely a possibility if the syndicate has a good ROI and track record.

Hoping to find out which areas of the Wasatch are expanding and have the potential for passive cash flow

Weighing the options of buying turnkeys due to a full time job taking up the entirety of my work week. I’ve heard a lot of bad things about turnkeys, but there has to be some good to them.

I’m looking to begin a portfolio in northern Utah due to my frequent travels to the area, and i believe that investment in this arwa would behoove me due to recent growth and because it would be a vacation tax write off.

I’m hoping to find investment partners in the area would would stabilize the risk of buying out of state properties (I live in LA)

Currently living in LA and looking to invest in northern Utah. I was hoping to find any info on which cities have higher end cap rates, or any general info on why this would be a good or a bad idea. Mostly have looked into Logan, Orem, Provo, and Salt Lake.

Any information is most welcome!
