Real Estate deal in the process and seems a good deal.

I met a private lender Mr. Dennis Westbrook at Dwest Enterprise, we spoke on the phone as well. Did my DD on his company, and most investors are skeptical but other has completed a loan deal with him. I have made a closing cost to him and hoping to close this deal and get disbursed by tomorrow.

Let me know your thoughts about this lender, if anyone has done a deal with him.
