I can confirm he is legit, i got funded today and it was a good experience to finally get someone to fund deals. Was skeptical about his whole process and all but glad i received the loan amount.

I spoke with him on the phone he sounds nice and although i already paid for the closing cost and signed a promissory note, hoping tomorrow i will get funded.

I met a private lender Mr. Dennis Westbrook at Dwest Enterprise, we spoke on the phone as well. Did my DD on his company, and most investors are skeptical but other has completed a loan deal with him. I have made a closing cost to him and hoping to close this deal and get disbursed by tomorrow.

Let me know your thoughts about this lender, if anyone has done a deal with him.
