Contract for deed Texas
I’m in the process of buying a house for $60,000. The seller said that he would prefer to get $30,000 now (2019) and $30,000 in January (2020) in order to spread his tax liability into 2 years. Is there a way this can be done? I was thinking a 3 month contract for deed?
