Tax Sale Properties in Northern IL, Madison County, IL

Folks,

One of my mentors has a portfolio of tax sale properties he bought from another investor. These are now available to be purchased.

There are some in the Streator / LaSalle County area. Mostly vacant homes, some empty lots (some of which are vacant for a reason!). One home is occupied - not sure of the tenant's status.

Others are in the Madison County IL area - Alton, Roxana, Madison, Granville, ... Again, mostly vacant homes, some empty lots (some of which are vacant for a reason!).
