Newbie Invesor Here Marketing in PA

Hi I'm Jerard and I have just started my journey on the path of real estate investing. I've been looking to focus in on wholesaling and fix and flip for the most part until I gain enough knowledge and capital to explore further options. Ideally my business model at the moment is virtual wholesaling out of my local area market hence why I'm marketing in Pennsylvania area. I've been working on a few deals in the Montgomery County section of Pennsylvania and now at the current moment looking to expand my buyers list in Pennsylvania.
