I'm considering a purchase, as an investment, in the new MPD of Ten Trails in Black Diamond, WA. I reaching out to see if anyone else has purchased there yet, and if so, learn about your experience thus far; namely if you've marketed it for rent. It's very early in the sales process so I'm hesitant, but also a huge benefactor if getting in early on the MPD of Snoqualmie Ridge.
