Steps to take for out of province rental property
Hello fellow Canadians, I would like to ask for guidance for my first out of province investment. I found a fixer-upper property that it use to be a home daycare in Moncton, NB. Is there any regulation that I should know before converting a home daycare to a rental property?
I have limited budget and flying back and forth is very expensive. What is the best way to handle this, I would like to use the BRRRR strategy but have not found my agent and contractor yet. I'm stuck and I don't know my next step...
Just a couple photos of the outside building so I don't know the interior condition of the property.
Thanks in advance!
