What’s the best way to get started in real estate with $50,000?

Hey everyone. I’m pretty new to Bigger Pockets so I apologise if I’m in the wrong category for this question. I purchased my home about 5 years ago and just did a cash out refinance because of all the equity in my home. I was able to get 50k cash. I have been at my logistics job for 11 years now managing the receiving department at a warehouse. My true passion is in real estate. I started building houses when I was 14 years old. I add that in because I can do almost everything to a house myself (that doesn’t require a license) so I imagine I could save thousands of dollars by doing most of my own repairs. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I’m 30 years old. I’ve missed most of my families lives due to my work schedule and I’m just ready to make a change and start my real estate career but I want to make sure I’m doing it correctly. I’ve heard of so many different strategies to start but I’d like to hear what has been successful for others that are or was in a similar situation. Thanks for your input.
