To BRRRR or Not To BRRRR....That Is The Question
Hello Everyone!
So I'm new to the REI game. One of the strategies I've been reading a lot about is BRRRR. Which is like the hot thing to do these days right?
Anyways, just wanted to get some opinions. Assuming I'm looking in areas in the state I live in (Maryland), is BRRRR not the strategy you want to go with?
Searching through the forums I'm seeing some success stories from investors that BRRRR; and I'm seeing some angry investors that are rethinking the strategy. Now, granted I know the people that aren't having the best luck could be individuals that missed a step or two in the process. Who knows. However, just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on how difficult is it to BRRRR these days? One disgruntled investor I read earlier today was saying it's not as easy at the books and the podcasts make it seem.
Thoughts?
Thanks!
