Pls explain how seller financing works... option on deal

Hi BP,

I am currently being offered seller financing on a portfolio of 4 SF. Terms are 10% down, 30yr @ 4%. Does the seller usually ask a tad above asking price as a concession? I've never done seller financing before so anything you could provide is appreciated.

Well those are about the best terms you would ever see on seller financing so it sounds like you better jump on that if you’ve done your due diligence
