Anyone else nervous when they started buying properties?

Dave and I are in contract on our third property. This will be our second purchase within a years time. Talk about being out of our comfort zones! Part of me wants to stay safe and not continue on but the other part says push on and get uncomfortable!

Would love to hear your stories.

@Kim Durst congrats!  You're on to great things for sure.  As Nelson Mandela said, "I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it.  The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear."

The more you do this the more comfortable you'll get. Make sure you know your numbers and your comps like the back of your hand.  Risk can definitely be mitigated by having all your information, and if this is your third property you're doing something right!  Keep us posted on how it all turns out.
