@Alan Brown Wells Fargo will loan out to 75% LTV on investment properties.

Who did you use to refi cash out at 80%LTV?? I am putting together my first BRRRR deal this week. It would help a ton!!!

@Theresa Harris thanks! The reason for becoming an agent would be to make that my job while learning real estate. Also in a positive to increase my income beyond 40k.

Thanks for your insight

I am 23yo and very much dislike my accounting job earning only 40k/yr salary.

I am seriously considering my real estate license and becoming an agent to do 2 things:

1. Learn everything I can about real estate

2. Increase my income to then invest back into real estate instead of being capped at 40K.

I know I must build career capital, talked about in the book (So good they can’t ignore you) but I want to build that in real estate.

I’ve heard mixed reviews on doing this so I thought I would get a BiggerPockets perspective on becoming an agent or not!! Thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

Please comment with the Skip Trace service you use and rate it 1-10. I am looking for the best service for the best price. Any suggestions?
