Santa Barbara deals, seeking money partner

Hello BP! I did a walk through on three properties (not in MLS) in the hot rental market of Santa Barbara. They all cash flow off the bat, and each has it's own strategy. One is a buy and hold, the other two require various forms of rehab (BRRRR). Will send the all info to serious investors only. Each is about $996K
