Found a good off market deal, now do I tell my realtor?

I just connected with who I think is a good investment savvy realtor. I got a call from a motivated seller from some letters I sent out. Now I’m wondering if I should loop my realtor in? I’m not sure if this is a normal thing to do or if it’s better to keep realtors out of these off market deals? Would love some input!
