I like the property it’s instant cash flow. My agent fired me. I asked for a second property disclosure for unit B...Sellers agent and my re agent didn’t want to provide a second disclosure for a second unit. My real estate agent made up a form for the seller’s agent, to take to sellers to sign off on.

During the process there was shifty maneuvers by my agent and sellers real estate agent. I called both out on it. My agent then brought in his broker in an attempt to steer me and bully me into not asking for a second disclosure.

My real estate agent fired me.

What were the shifty maneuvers? Why were disclosures so important to you? A home inspection is typically more important in my opinion.
