Code ordinances regarding property have not been changed since 1989-99 per the board. Jan. 2020 a comprehensive plan will be conducted by O'Ryan Group. The projected growth for the State of Idaho - 2020 1.8 million. Who knew that 2 of RED BULL Extreme Sports men have homes here.
Another great investment is Kuna, Idaho. Prices are going up and currently adding 2600 new homes. The projected growth is over 25K, that's amazing for what once was a tiny farm community connected to Meridian and Boise.
