Any thoughts on the Orlando market for long term rentals?

Hello BP

My first post here and I was hoping I could get some thoughts from people on the ground or those that have invested in Orlando Fl. I'm looking for buy and hold SFR-small apartments buildings. I'm coming in from SoCal and am just considering different areas of the country, any advise, thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your input.
