Recent college grad working the 9-5 slave ship. No doubt that real estate investing is how I want to acquire financial freedom. As a 22 year old currently getting my feet wet with wholesaling, what job in the real estate industry will benefit me the most to have a portfolio of multi family apartment rentals. Real estate agent/broker? Property manger? or work a non-related real estate job to continue building my wholesaling business and acquire properties?

If you work for a property management company, you would have inside information on tired landlords that want to sell, but there is usually a referral fee. Small price for a great deal. The answer to your question is, the job that makes you the most money is the right occupation. Whatever you are doing is temporary. Once you learn and acquire the right knowledge, you will become financially free and quit your job. Make money, buy property, and manage it well.
