Negotiating with TK providers

Do you negotiate with turnkey providers? Any educated investor knows dealing with TK comes with a premium price tag, but do you still negotiate on purchase price? What data points do you use to justify your offer? Thanks in advance.

All you can do is make your offer my man. No sense trying to justify it to them. They know what they have. You aren't going to be providing any new data. Make your offer and their level of interested parties and motivation to sell the asset will determine how they react to your offer.
