If you ever asked if you should believe Zestimates, look at this

There are always a million questions about whether or not Zestimates are accurate and whether they should be used for reference. I look at them too from time to time to get a feel for a property directionally. But, these 2 examples are case in point why you should be wary of any of it.

The houses on these 2 lots have been vacant and overgrown (understatement) for a very long time, and need to be 100% demo'd, lot cleared, and rebuilt. The Zestimate for both of these condemned lots is higher than what my house appraised for on the same block...just a little bit off.

Bottom line-do your own homework!!!!!
