Patlive scripting Form

I've sent out a direct mail campaign and hired Patlive to help with the call taking since I won't be able to take all the calls with a fulltime day job. My questions is what questions should I include in my script to Patlive to insure that I have the all the information I need to prep for a call with a seller?

I will also be buying from distance trying to BRRRR value add properties, so anything that would get me the most info on property condition, Cost of Rehab, ARV, etc would be helpful.
