What about other investors money?

Can other investors be used as private lenders to fund the purchase of a multi-family home? If possible, how to approach them with this idea? This is an option I was wondering since I do not have family and friends to turn to.

Approaching private lenders is done via networking events or through referrals. Ideally you should have an established credibility and track record to share with these lenders so that they know what they are getting themselves into.
