I have a questions about the zip codes in Jacksonville Fl. I spoke with some investors and they say that they do not like to buy in the 08 and 09 area but I also heard that the 08 area is starting to pick up with more investors wanting to buy in that area. Could someone be able to share some insight of why that could be?

Drive the area and see if it's a place where you would want to stay/buy. That will give you a better idea of the type of people who you are looking to rent to...as a younger guy I love the other side of the river
