Improvement type shows single family home for duplex

Property type shows as single family in tax documents for a duplex. It does show square feet correct as 4000 square feet under square feet section right under abov e line. It also shows building 1 as 2000 square feet with number of beds as 3 , baths 2etc in page 2.

Page 3 shows building 2 with it's number of bed 3 and baths as 2.Most of the websites it shows as single family with number of beds 3. Is the issue with county or city records? Is it ok to buy such duplex? Is it is any issue if I decide to purchase this duplex in future to rent or refinance or sell after few years. Please advise
