Any success investing in the jersey shore or Monmouth area. Currently have around 50k. Looking like this will not be enough to to get a fixer upper, maybe something in foreclosure. Any success and bad stories and experiences to share in this area?

Hi @Chris Mandle, check out some local meetups in that area and you will find a bunch of investors and lenders to network with. You can check meetup.com or in the events section of BP for the events.
