Zoning in phoenix az

Hello all,

My wife and I are looking to purchase a property and wondering where we can look to find out what zoning regulations are. The property has a 3/2 house on it, a garage that should be able to be turned into a rental or airbnb pretty easy, and 2 rv spots with full hookups.

How do we find out if we can legally rent those rv spots and profit from them as well as turn the garage into vacation rentals?

Thanks in advance.

Google the Maricopa Assessor's website and look up the property there. It will tell you if the property is zoned for single family (R-1) or multifamily (R-3). Even if the property is zoned for single family, you might have some rental options. Happy to discuss this in more detail!
