Hello welcome to the RE Investor's Life in Philly

Posted

Good Morning,

Just joined BP last week and I am overwhelmed with the BP family and the encouragement I see people giving to each other.

I am interested in starting my career off with a multi family in Southwest Philly with at least 3 units and I would like to use the Sherriff sale/Auction process to get this unit.

Does anyone have any advice on this idea or advice on the Philly Sherriff sale process or do you think there would be a better way for me to start off?

Also can anyone give some info on how to finance auction houses?

Again, thanks in advance I can't wait to hear what my BP family has to say.
