How do I do detective work to find out property information?

I'm looking at a FSBO mobile home which has a For Sale sign in the window but no phone number on the sign. Also I noticed a tag from the Post Office attached to the front door stating there is a certified letter which the Post Office tried to deliver. Certified letter seldom bring good news. The letter was from the mobile home park management. It is my belief that the park is starting eviction proceedings. I talked to the park manager and was told that they believed the home was turned over to the bank. The park manager says they don't know which bank has the home now. I've traced the previous owner but cannot establish contact to find out which bank has the property.

My question is how do I find out who owns the property?
