looking for an owner who may be deceased
So I am trying to acquire a property out of state, home is being foreclosed and when I look up the owners info on google most of the stuff that pops up is obituary related. Listing states that it is occupied but the info I have gathered seems correct for the owner passing away. How should I go about this.
