Is Double Close the only option in NC?
Hello,
I am an experienced wholesaler in Virginia. I went to North Carolina A&T and I am familiar with the Greensboro area. I just spent the weekend driving around Greensboro, and Raleigh learning the real estate dynamics of the city. I have found a few great deals to wholesale listed on the MLS. I am forced to do these deals with a double close, due to the fact that the local realtors do not understand the wholesale process.
"The only way to legally make money is if you close in it yourself"
"That's Illegal"
"That's Not possible"
Are you aware of a more appropriate way to wholesale in North Carolina?

Assigning contracts is 100% legal in the state of NC. In fact that's the only way certain attorneys will even agree to wholesale closings.
