Boise Idaho REI outlook

Hello all,

I'm evaluating a few different places to invest in real estate and Boise is one of them. I know it's a been a hot place to invest the last few years and wanted to hear the thoughts of those investing/living in Boise and surrounding areas about the real estate outlook of the area.

Do you think home prices and the city will continue to grow like it has or are the best days in the rear view mirror? I would also love to connect with an out-of-state investor friendly realtor or PM.
