What should I do with my 65K?
I've been a full time residential agent for the past 7 years. I have 65K set aside for investment purposes. The strategy that I'm most interested in is BRRRR, however, I feel as If I need more capital to effectively start that strategy. My 10 year goal is to own 500 units. For my seasoned investors, where would you start if you were me?
