Has anyone found a fast way of gathering unit mix for apartment

I'm looking for unit mix of apartment buildings in Phoenix but haven't had much luck. Sometimes loopnet has it but usually they don't. When I call Leasing offices usually they don't know either. Are there any other options other than going to a broker? I feel like this information should be public record somewhere like building or construction permits. Any thoughts? I've heard to check the Offer Memorandum but Idk how to find that without calling brokers... I don't mind calling brokers.
