Partnerships 2 Separate LLC's/S Corps or form one?
Starting a new Partnership and wondering whether or not to form a company with the individual, or invest in the project using our own separate LLC's/S. Corps.
Does anyone see any pros and or cons to this? I know it's a broad question willing to speak more in private if necessary.
