Finally did it, have my first tenant in my first rental property. As far as collecting rent, other than check through snail mail. What electronic methods are people using nowadays? I am interested in low to no fee payment methods, and a plus would be a method that can send invoices as well. Thanks in advance for any help offered.

@Angelo Mart Thanks. I have heard that there is a 5 year tax amnesty for new constructions or properties gutted down to the studs. Do you have any knowledge of this?
