Cold Calling Absentee Owners

Hi BP Fam,

I have a list of absentee owners from list source and been making calls. I've noticed that most of list has owners who are in state and a few who are out. Should I put my focus on those who are out of state (I believe they might be more motivated) or continue going down the list regardless of where they live.
