Post: Cold Calling Absentee Owners

Hi BP Fam,

I have a list of absentee owners from list source and been making calls. I've noticed that most of list has owners who are in state and a few who are out. Should I put my focus on those who are out of state (I believe they might be more motivated) or continue going down the list regardless of where they live.

Hey BiggerPockets Fam,

I just wanted to know if anyone had some good cold calling scripts, I've got some absentee owner lists i'm trying to call and I have a script that I don't think is too friendly. Hope someone can help! :)
