Seeking a Commercial Lender in Cleveland, Ohio

Hello Everyone,

We are in search of a professional commercial lender. We would prefer them to be local to the Cleveland area, but they do not have to be. As long as they can lend in Ohio, we should be fine. 

This a large commercial deal. The acquisition cost of the building is $650,000.00 and we are looking at a renovation budget of $1,270,000.00 based on what needs to be done to the building. This is primarily office space.

Does anyone know any lenders that can assist? Please either send them in the forum or send me a message.
