Last night Webinar - Brad Turner - LAPS question
I was one of the people on the webinar last night, it was really awesome and motivating. I am working on my 90 day challenge, and the make $5000/month challenge. One question I have @Brandon Turner is during the webinar and last week, when Brad does LAPS system (Leads, Analysis, Pursue, Success) I really struggle with the lead part of the process. I don't know if its because the market I am in (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx) which is super competitive. But he said he sent out 300 direct mail marketing, and he got 40 calls, out of 40 he pursued 12 and 1 was a success. I have done direct mail marketing here and send out a few thousand letters a few times and got literally no response. Maybe my letter is messed up? Or I can use better verbage? But is that how other parts of the country are? Only send out 300 letters and you get 40 responses???
I know he mentioned a lot of differnt ways to get leads, and I am pursueing it, I do about 20 hours of driving for dollars a week, and cold call the owners, call agents, go to foreclosure auctions, look at MLS and Zillow. Trying everything I can to get my first deal.
Can somebody please share feedback on the 300 direct mail and 40 responses?
(I am good with the APS part of LAPS - but struggle with the L part)
