Buying Residential Rental Properties out of State

Hello Everyone,

I am interested in purchasing a rental property that can support professional management. I am finding the northeast more challenging to get into buying a large unit property. My question, buying properties in other states does that create any major hassles, nexus, or have you had a lot of success with it? Any feedback to steer me in the right direction. I appreciate your time and input!
