Buying to do a BRRRR under LLC? or not?

If you are buying a property to do a BRRRR, Do you buy under your name or under LLC? I'm asking because i came across a post that they said lender would not refi with cash out under LLC.

Could the other option be buying under your name do they whole process then change ownership of the property to the name of your LLC?

or is this location dependent?
