How to pull all the addresses in your county or city?

I am looking to access all the addresses in my city to do a marketing campaign. Is there a way to access this on the county website for free?

It depends on how the county website is structured and it may be difficult to get on the county website. Most title companies should be able to provide you with custom lists for free or very little cost. Also, it is different in different areas, but brokers in my area are able to pull lists easily as well.
