When Will it Become a Buyers Market - 2020??

I hear some markets are changing, ie inventory increasing, selling time increasing?

Also, interest rates rising will play a major factor, on hold at the moment, very nice

However, in many markets there is still huge demand and not enough inventory and no sign of slowing down. There are also foreign investors buying up, been doing this since 2011.

In the markets I am playing in, there is still fierce competition for good properties, with multiple offers. I also think some of the mid west States are set to soar, before anyone beats me down, I will say it is a fragmented market for example in Detroit, it depends what/where you buy on a micro level.

So my broad question is will 2020 bring on a BUYERS MARKET?

or will sellers continue to have the upper hand – for now, anyway.
