Buy through LLC or personal
I am looking into investing in Real Estate and have seen people start an LLC and purchase properties that way. What's the pros and cons of going that route and not just personally buy them under your name?

I agree with @Ali Boone, just use your personal name and get Fannie Mae financing right off the bat.
