I have a total of 6 rental properties. I have 4 that are free and clear that I paid cash for. The 4 houses are currently worth $480,000+- . I paid around $400,000, I am wondering if I should refinance the houses or stay where I am. I feel cash poor and house rich. Thanks for you information and help. Located in Oklahoma

Cash poor? You should have good cash flow from these if they are paid off. Reason to refinance would be if you want to buy more properties (or do something else with the equity).
