Property Under Contract in Cleveland Ohio, *Cleveland Investors*
Good morning, I am a real estate professional here in Washington DC. I have a property under contract in Cleveland that I have good flexibility with in terms of pricing. The property has not gotten much interest even at a low number, I am guessing it is in a distressed area.
It is on the East Side of Cleveland and I am looking to see if it is even possible to sell this property. The seller lives out of the country and is extremely motivated to sell. I have several websites and wholesale property nationwide, that is how I have this one under contract. I do not live in Ohio so I am looking for any suggestions?
Thanks

If by east side of Cleveland you mean a suburb on the east side of the Cleveland market it's probably very sell-able. If you mean the eastern half of the city of Cleveland itself it's very possible that the house has a value of zero or even a negative value. Total mess in a lot of the neighborhoods over there. Refer to the Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods to see what you've got on your hands.
